Lanarkshire Greens offer fresh approach for East Kilbride at local elections

The Lanarkshire branch of the Scottish Green Party have announced their candidate, Kirsten Robb, to be one of the four Councillors elected for the East Kilbride Central North ward in this May's local elections (1). Lanarkshire Greens have developed their local manifesto 'Local life matters: Time for a fresh approach ' (2) as a challenge to improve our communities.

Scottish Green Party Co-Convenor and MSP for the Glasgow Region, Patrick Harvie, visited two Lanarkshire community projects that have been funded by the Climate Challenge Fund last weekend. He was accompanied by Kirsten Robb, top list candidate for the Scottish Green Party in the Central Scotland region.
