The Green Yes Clydesdale event with Patrick Harvie MSP, Cllr Maggie Chapman and Robin McAlpine of the Reid Foundation was a resounding success as over 100 people packed Biggar Muncipal Hall to hear the Green case for Independence.

Campaign group Stand Up for Our Buses is widening its attention from its original focus on the future 100/1/2/3 Edinburgh to Dumfries/Annan/Moffat services after sudden changes to the pricing, routes and timetables on other routes in and around Clydesdale.
Green campaigner, Janet Moxley, who organised the Stand Up for Our Buses campaign against cuts to the 100, 101, 102 and 103 services which run from Edinburgh through Biggar to Dumfries, Moffat and Annan was delighted with attendance at a public meeting held at Biggar Corn Exchange on Monday 2nd July in support of the services .
